Refund Policy
We refund damaged or faulty items. We exchange the product for a new one or a different but equivalent item. We can also give you a store credit. In the unfortunate event that you have received a faulty or wrong item from us, please contact us promptly with the following information: Order Number (starts with a # in your confirmation email) A photograph of the faulty/wrong item Description of the issue Photo of the all item(s) received.
